Be The Change Foundation has launched an updated @ColorMeSXM website and revised Philipsburg Art Walk map, and said it is seeking support to maintain public murals in Philipsburg.

The foundation said the initiative has worked with local and regional artists over six years to create 24 public artworks. It recently assessed the condition of the works and is approaching stakeholders for help with their upkeep.

With support from Cultuurfonds Caribisch Gebied, damaged or missing informational plaques are being replaced, the foundation said. Artist Zillah Duzon Hazel has also refreshed her mural.

The updated website includes an artist directory with contact information for participating artists, according to the foundation. The revised map, designed by graphic designer Kevin Baly of Baly Designs, includes recently completed artworks and is available for download from the project website.
