BHM says 36 of 43 audited subsidiary accounts have been adopted
Bonaire Holding Maatschappij says shareholders have formally adopted 36 of 43 audited annual accounts after a multi-year backlog.

Bonaire Holding Maatschappij N.V. (BHM) said 36 of 43 audited annual accounts for its subsidiaries have been formally adopted at shareholders' meetings. BHM said the Public Entity Bonaire obtained voting rights before the adoptions.
BHM said it has worked with the management and supervisory boards of its subsidiaries over the past five years to clear delays in financial reporting. When its management was appointed in 2020, BHM said it was tasked with preparing and auditing BHM's own accounts and overseeing audits and timely adoption of subsidiary accounts.
At Selibon N.V., eight of 10 audited accounts for 2016 through 2025 have been adopted, according to BHM. All audited accounts for Bonaire Overheidsgebouwen N.V. (BOG) for the same period have been adopted. BonLab N.V. has adopted four of five accounts, Tourism Corporation Bonaire (TCB) eight of nine, and Telbo N.V. four of seven.
BHM director Adely Susana-Jansen said current, audited accounts allow shareholders to assess a company's financial position, investments, financing, risks and policy. BHM said procedures for the outstanding accounts are continuing, with formal adoption sought as soon as possible.
