CCISM says Raspail was selected from about 12 applicants
CCISM Director General Luciana Raspail was chosen from about 12 applicants, Angèle Dormoy said, citing her institutional and local business knowledge.

CCISM Director General Luciana Raspail was selected after about 12 applications were reviewed, according to Angèle Dormoy. Dormoy said Raspail was chosen for her knowledge of the institution and the local business community.
The update adds details to CCISM's earlier announcement of Raspail's appointment. Raspail joined the chamber in 2011 as a secretary and later worked as an assistant at the Centre de formalités des entreprises, export project officer, Head of Business Support and Deputy Director.
Raspail holds a bachelor's degree in management, a first-year master's degree in international management and trade, and a second-year master's degree in human resources. She said the appointment was “à la fois un honneur et une responsabilité” (“both an honour and a responsibility”).
Raspail said she wants to strengthen local support for businesses and continue CCISM's work on training, entrepreneurship, innovation, and regional and international outreach. She said she wants the chamber to be “plus proche du terrain, plus agile et plus performante” (“closer to the field, more agile and more effective”).
After taking up the post, Raspail travelled to Paris with Angèle Dormoy for the annual seminar of the CCI network and Choose Outre-mer, the report said.
