Frantz Acramel was elected president of Croix-Rouge de Saint-Martin on Monday 28 September, following a vote at the organisation's offices in Concordia. The election ended a period without a board after no candidates came forward in 2025. Acramel had managed the board provisionally since January 2025 with the same volunteer team.

According to the Croix-Rouge de Saint-Martin election results, Acramel and Yolène Robelin each received 22 votes. Solange Désir received 21, Rachelle Denoé 17 and Ian Titus six; 12 blank votes were also counted. The elected members then assigned roles: Robelin became treasurer, Désir assistant treasurer, Denoé secretary and Titus assistant secretary.

The vice-presidency remains vacant. Acramel said further elections would be launched once the board members were established in their roles.

The board's term runs through 2029. Its stated priorities include training volunteers for responses to severe weather or natural disasters and developing solidarity shops across the territory. The priorities are included in the territorial action plan and supported by the national Croix-Rouge.
