Parliament to resume 2027 budget meeting on 30 September
Parliament says its Central Committee will reconvene in Philipsburg at 14:00 AST to receive ministers’ answers on the 2027 budget draft.
Parliament of Sint Maarten says its Central Committee will reconvene in a public meeting at 14:00 AST on Wednesday 30 September in the General Assembly Chamber at Wilhelminastraat #1 in Philipsburg.
According to Parliament, the Council of Ministers will return to answer Members of Parliament’s questions on the draft National Ordinance establishing the Country of Sint Maarten’s budget for the 2027 fiscal year.
Parliament said the Central Committee meeting was adjourned on 28 and 29 September. The agenda identifies the proposal as National Budget Ordinance 2027, parliamentary year 2026-2027-193, under document IS/001/2026-2027 dated 8 September 2026.
