The Caribbean Griefology Conference 2026 is scheduled for Thursday 12 November through Sunday 15 November at the Hilton Barbados Resort in Barbados, according to conference organisers. Dr. Nicole E. Francis Cotton and Roy Cotton, Jr., two Sint Maarten practitioners, are listed as featured speakers.

Francis Cotton is due to present “The Biology of Grief,” while Roy Cotton is scheduled to present “Break the Silence,” a session on Caribbean men, grief, speaking and connection. Organisers say the conference is open to people experiencing loss as well as practitioners and researchers.

The four-day event is due to close with a Grief Experience Day on Sunday 15 November. Organisers say registration is open and that ticket options include day passes.
