Three SXM Paws puppies visit PJIA airport adoption initiative

Soualiga Newsday reported that three SXM Paws puppies, Asher, Theo and Felix, visited Princess Juliana International Airport under the Paws in Flight Saturday initiative. The puppies are available for adoption, according to the report.

The initiative is a collaboration between Princess Juliana International Airport Operating Company N.V. (PJIAE) and SXM Paws. Soualiga Newsday reported that passengers and KLM cabin crew met the puppies before departure.

More than 100 puppies and rescued dogs have travelled through the airport during the past year for overseas adoption and relocation, Soualiga Newsday reported. SXM Paws said it relies on volunteers, foster families, donations and community support to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome stray and abandoned dogs.
