TelExcel Caribbean B.V. (TEC) has released the fifth edition of Where’s Where – St. Maarten’s Magazine online, according to the company. The free 146-page digital edition, titled Building News, was available on Tuesday 20 October and includes 18 interviews with people working in development and construction-related fields.

TEC said the edition’s theme is “People. Projects. Progress.” Its subjects include smart building, green standards, vertical development, affordable housing, water infrastructure, construction education, logistics and investment.

The magazine includes a feature called “Meet the Builders Behind the Vision,” TEC said. Bob Espitia, publisher of Where’s Where and director of TEC, said: “This isn’t a business directory. It’s a story.”

TEC said readers can use links and advertisements in the digital publication to contact participating businesses. The magazine displays as a two-page spread on desktop computers, laptops and tablets, and as a single page on mobile devices.

TEC said it is distributing the edition through its TEC Audience Network, which it said is growing to include 600 verified business contacts across the island. The company said the network was built through direct conversations rather than a purchased contact list.

The company said it is also sharing the magazine through email, WhatsApp, websites and QR codes. It is available at telexcelcaribbean.com.
