IVSA begins staff assessments with Inspired Psychology
The Government of Sint Maarten said IVSA has started individual and workplace assessments before a team-development phase.

The Government of Sint Maarten said the Inspectorate of Taxes, Social Affairs and Labour, IVSA, has begun individual profile and workplace assessments with Inspired Psychology Practice and Consultancy. The assessments are part of IVSA's work with the consultancy as organisational and legislative reforms continue, according to the Government.
The Government said the next phase will focus on team development, with the stated aim of strengthening internal collaboration, shared responsibility and confidence. IVSA said it aims to become a more effective and efficient inspectorate for Sint Maarten.
“Reform becomes real through the way we work together every day. Clearer structures matter, but so do professionalism, shared values, and a commitment to continuous learning and adapting to new developments. These activities help us connect IVSA’s future design with stronger practices today,” IVSA Inspector General Dr. Joe Alcala said.
