Sint Maarten Library marks Melackia Spencer’s 15 years of service

The Sint Maarten Library marked Melackia Spencer’s 15 years of service on Saturday 3 October. The library said Spencer has contributed to its literacy work for children and families during her time there.

Spencer hosts Raising Readers, an online story time for children aged 0 to 5, according to the library. She also works as a reading consultant, mainly at the Circulation Desk and at times at the Information Desk, helping patrons use library services and resources.

The Sint Maarten Library Board and staff congratulated Spencer and thanked her for her contributions to the library and its community.
