President of Parliament and Member of Parliament Sarah Wescot-Williams asked the Council of Ministers for a coordinated account of its progress as the administration nears the midpoint of its four-year term. She made the request during Parliament's continuation of the 2027 national budget debate on Wednesday 4 November.

Wescot-Williams asked the Council to review the governing accord and tell Parliament which policies and initiatives have been implemented, are under way or have not advanced. She said ministers should show how collective decisions address the country's financial and institutional challenges.

She referred to warnings from the Committee for Financial Supervision, CFT, on healthcare obligations, financially vulnerable government-owned companies and liquidity. Wescot-Williams asked how those risks are reflected in financial planning and whether the 2027 budget can address them.

The MP also asked for information on the selection and readiness of capital projects, tax reform, revenue from nonresident property owners, the proposed visitor levy and healthcare financing. She requested updates on GEBE's generator project, the proposed National Development Bank, the road fund, garbage-collection contracts and motions adopted during the 2026 budget process.

Wescot-Williams asked the Council to return to Parliament with an assessment of its performance and a direction for the rest of its term.
