Anguilla Sands & Salts says it has introduced three cultural and culinary experiences at its boutique in South Hill Village, Anguilla. The business said the options include a bean-to-bar chocolate-making class, a salt-tasting experience and a tasting pairing dark chocolate, Caribbean rum and Anguilla sea salt.

In the chocolate-making class, guests hand-grind cocoa nibs and make a personalised 65-gram chocolate bar to take home, according to Anguilla Sands & Salts. The business said each experience lasts about 30 to 45 minutes.

Founder Josveek O. Huligar said the company’s dark chocolate uses cocoa and sugar sourced from the Dominican Republic and hand-harvested Anguilla sea salt. The business says it was recognised for producing the Best Chocolate in the Caribbean in 2025 and 2026.

Anguilla Sands & Salts also holds Margarita Thursday 29 October every Thursday from 5pm to 8pm AST, featuring tropical margaritas and its infused sea salts, the business said.
