Arrindell attends FRED Job Fair and Conference in Rotterdam

Minister Plenipotentiary Gracita R. Arrindell attended the 11th FRED Job Fair & Conference at the World Trade Center Rotterdam on Saturday 24 October, according to the Cabinet of the Minister Plenipotentiary of Sint Maarten.

More than 45 companies and organisations were announced as participants in the event, which brought together job seekers, employers and organisations from the Dutch Caribbean and the Netherlands. The participants represented healthcare, finance, information technology, hospitality, legal services and public services, the Cabinet said.

The programme also included conference sessions, workshops and presentations. FRED aims to encourage students and professionals in the Netherlands to return to the Dutch Caribbean, according to the Cabinet.

Arrindell said her Cabinet has been building a database and expanding outreach to students and members of the Sint Maarten diaspora.
