How we did this

Every ruling here was published in full by Sint Maarten's courts on rechtspraak.nl. Software read each one, including the court's decision; a second, separate check compared every sentence of this piece with the rulings it cites, and removed any it could not match. The courts remove private people's names before publishing, and so do we. Numbered links go to each ruling.
