NHC puts central Atlantic system’s formation chance near zero
The National Hurricane Center said Friday 23 October that a system east of Bermuda has a near-zero chance of forming.

The National Hurricane Center said on Friday 23 October that a trough of low pressure several hundred miles east of Bermuda was producing a large area of disorganised showers and thunderstorms.
The system was expected to move north-northeastward into increasingly unfavourable environmental conditions during the next day or so, according to the National Hurricane Center. The agency put its chance of formation during the following 48 hours at near 0%.
The outlook covers the North Atlantic, Caribbean Sea and Gulf of America.
