Parliament schedules budget 2027 meeting for 28 September

Parliament’s Central Committee is scheduled to meet at 2pm AST on Monday 28 September to consider the draft National Budget Ordinance for the 2027 fiscal year, according to Parliament. The Council of Ministers is expected to attend the meeting at the General Assembly Chamber at Wilhelminastraat #1 in Philipsburg.

Parliament’s agenda also includes approval of the composition and provisions for a delegation of Members of Parliament to attend a Tripartite meeting in Willemstad, Curaçao, on 15 October 2026.

Members of the public may attend parliamentary deliberations, Parliament said. The session is also scheduled to be carried on TV 15, Soualiga Headlines, SXM GOV radio 107.9 FM, Pearl Radio 98.1 FM, Parliament’s website and YouTube channel, and Pearl FM’s website.
