Progressief Nederland (PRO) plans to hold its first public information meeting on Bonaire on Wednesday 28 October. PRO's Bonaire branch said the free meeting will begin at 7:15pm at Kas di Futuro, Kaya Mississippi 3, in Kralendijk. The programme is due to start at 7pm.

According to PRO, European Parliament members Marit Maij and Mohammed Chahim will participate with Kenville Kleinmoedig, the party's international secretary and a member of its national executive board. The meeting, themed “Europe and the Importance of Bonaire,” will address European policy, the island's relationship with the European Union and opportunities for residents to ask questions.
