Public Service Center reception desk restores afternoon hours
The Public Service Center reception desk resumed afternoon service on Monday 2 November, the Ministry of General Affairs said.

The Reception Desk at the Public Service Center, in the Government Administration Building on Soualiga Road, returned to its regular hours on Monday 2 November, according to the Ministry of General Affairs. Afternoon service has resumed on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, and the desk remains open through the lunch break on those days.
General inquiries are available from 8am to 4:45pm AST on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Document intake and document registration updates are available from 8:15am to 3:30pm AST on those days, the ministry said.
On Wednesdays, general inquiries run from 8am to 12:30pm AST. Document intake and registration updates run from 8:15am to 12:30pm AST.
Fabiana Arnell, Head of the Public Service Center, said afternoon service had been affected by an ad hoc staffing disruption. Prime Minister Dr. Luc F.E. Mercelina said the restored hours would give residents and businesses more flexibility to visit the desk.
