The Windward Islands Bank (WIB) reopened its renovated Simpson Bay branch at Airport Road 15 on Tuesday 3 November. According to WIB, the branch now has a dedicated area where staff can help customers use its online and mobile banking services.

WIB said the assistance is intended for people using digital banking for the first time and for customers who want help becoming more familiar with its tools. The branch first opened in 1992, the bank said.

A reopening ceremony was held on Wednesday 4 November with members of WIB’s management team and customers. The bank said its regular branch services and banking hours remain in place, and its 24-hour depository remains available outside branch hours.

WIB said it has installed a new ATM at the branch, but it is not yet in service. Customers can use the WIB ATM across the street at the SOL gas station until the new machine becomes available, the bank said.
