Dashaun Prince crowned Miss Essence & Mind International 2026–2027

Dashaun Prince of St. Maarten won the Miss Essence & Mind International 2026–2027 title at the 3 October finale.

Dashaun Prince of St. Maarten was crowned Miss Essence & Mind International 2026–2027 at the organisation’s Season 4 finale on Saturday 3 October, Essence & Mind said. The competition at Aleeze Convention Hall brought together 10 contestants.

Prince, a 28-year-old model and professional dancer, received 1,330 points. Essence & Mind said she also won Creative Pink Swimsuit, Patriotic Wear and Glitz & Glam Swimsuit. Zaine Frederick, Miss Antigua and Barbuda, was named first runner-up with 1,298 points, while Liberty Woodley, Miss St. Kitts and Nevis, was second runner-up with 1,290 points.

Frederick also won Best Identical Swimsuit and Best Identical Question and Answer. Essence & Mind said Miss Trinidad and Tobago received the Committee’s Choice Award, Miss St. Lucia was named Miss Congeniality, and Miss Guyana received Miss Photogenic. The programme before the finale included a meeting with Prime Minister Dr. Luc Mercelina, the organisation said.
