Winair says passenger survey will launch on 8 October

Winair says passengers who travelled in the past 12 months will receive email invitations to an eight-minute survey.

Windward Islands Airways International (Winair) N.V. said it would launch a Passenger Experience Survey on Thursday 8 October, seeking feedback from passengers who travelled with the airline during the past 12 months. Winair said eligible passengers would receive an email invitation with a survey form.

The airline said the survey covers booking, airport services, the onboard experience, communication and the handling of flight disruptions. ReQuest Research & Consultancy is conducting the survey, which Winair said takes about eight minutes to complete.

Winair said survey responses would be confidential and that it would receive anonymous results only. Participants who complete the survey may enter a prize draw for two round-trip tickets to any Winair destination, the airline said. Contact details for the draw will be stored separately from survey responses, according to Winair.
