Guyana-born author M. Analise Kandasammy, who is based in Trinidad and Tobago, has launched her debut book, Human, Still: Strengthening Your Mind for an AI-Shaped Future, according to Kandasammy. The launch was held at The Naughty Grape Rooftop in Woodbrook, Trinidad. The book is available on Amazon in paperback and eBook formats.

Kandasammy said the book examines how people can protect their attention, judgment and ability to think independently as artificial intelligence becomes more common in workplaces and decision-making. She said it grew from her own questions about her professional relevance as AI capabilities expanded and from four years of research.

Her Uncrackable Clarity framework covers physiology, attention and judgment. Kandasammy said one principle behind her work is: “Judgment, not speed, is the one thing AI can't own for you.”
