Orco Bank volunteers support SMMC breast cancer screening

Orco Bank said its Sint Maarten team volunteered with St. Maarten Medical Center, SMMC, during a breast cancer screening event on Saturday 31 October. The bank said the event marked the end of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

According to Orco Bank, it gave SMMC 300 campaign T-shirts before the screening to support awareness of early detection. The bank said its partnership with SMMC began with activities for Prostate Cancer Awareness Month in September and continued through October.

Judy King Richardson, Country Manager of Orco Bank Sint Maarten, said the programme brought bank employees and community partners together to support health-awareness activities.
