On Wednesday 7 October, Condé Nast Traveller named Anguilla’s Maundays Bay the world’s second-best beach in its 2026 Readers’ Choice Awards. The publication also ranked Anguilla eighth among islands in the Caribbean and Atlantic.

Condé Nast Traveller ranked Cap Juluca, a Belmond Hotel, second among Caribbean resorts, followed by Malliouhana at 20, Zemi Beach House at 23 and Four Seasons Resort and Residences at 34. Minister of Tourism Cardigan Connor said the recognition also reflected Anguilla’s resort teams.

Condé Nast Traveller said the awards drew close to 800,000 survey responses from readers across the United States, who rated travel experiences around the world. The 2026 Readers’ Choice Awards will be featured in the magazine’s November issue.
