Saint Martin’s sixth Festival de la Gastronomie is scheduled to run from Wednesday 11 November to Sunday 22 November, with coconut as its featured ingredient, according to the Saint Martin Tourist Office. The programme includes culinary events, competitions and dining tables hosted in different neighbourhoods across Saint Martin.

The Tourist Office said the official opening is scheduled for Tuesday 10 November at 6pm AST on Boulevard de Grand Case. Guadeloupean chef Jimmy Bibrac is the festival’s official patron, while Amanda Whit of Soualiga Lime and private chef François Baly are listed as Saint Martin ambassador chefs.

The Tourist Office said cooking demonstrations are planned at the Gastronomy Village on 14 and 15 November. Establishments will compete in the Authentic Star, Beach Star, Gourmet Star and City Star categories, as well as a dessert competition. New awards for the best Johnny Cake and best pizza are being added for 2026.

A brunch at Loterie Farm on 8 November is scheduled before the official programme. The Tourist Office said restaurants that have not registered are still able to participate after an extension of the registration deadline.
